The following bug is currently the most common shared printer issue I encounter at work, until recently when I found a solution. In the credentials, add a printer with \PC-xxxxx, guest as the username, and leave the password blank. Connect to the shared printer, and you’re done.

Recently, I found that the above method only works for some computer systems. I discovered an ultimate and simpler solution: running a Windows 11 printer repair tool created by a helpful netizen. It can fix the issue with one click by modifying the registry via command.

If you need it, feel free to contact me to get a copy.
